For quick, accurate delivery, follow these tips when filling in your address:

Make sure your billing address and phone number match what your credit/debit card company has on file, if you are using credit/debit card for purchase.

Enter your full first and last name in the delivery address.

Inside Dubai Delivery Charges 35 AED & Outside Dubai Delivery Charges as per the Distance as well as the estimated date of arrival. All deliveries are subject to stock availability.

The free shipping offer does not apply to:

• Some large items that require Scheduled Delivery
• Items or locations that require special permission for access

Based on the shipping country, the delivery time may change, however, most orders are delivered within 3-5 working days. A shipping quote is provided once all address details are given during checkout. While this quote is accurate almost all the time, we reserve the right to amend this based on the size and weight of the actual shipment. If there is any difference in the shipping quote, customers are informed about it before the order is processed. Customers have a chance to amend/cancel the order as required before the order is dispatched from our warehouse.
