Refund Policy
Items are returnable if you’ve received them in a condition that is physically damaged, has missing parts or accessories, defective or different from its description on the product detail page on ITStore.ae. Once we receive your return or the seller notifies us of receipt of return, as the case may be, a refund is issued to the original payment method (in case of pre-paid transactions) or to your bank account (in case of Pay on Delivery orders).
- Customer can claim for Refund for the purchased Product(s) within 3 days from the date of receiving the Product(s).
- After the 3 days of the delivery, Product(s) can only be refunded as per the Refund Policy.
- Physically damaged and/or missing Product(s) will only be considered if reported at the time of delivery.
- The Amount will be credited to your account within 5-7 bussiness days.
- Amount of the Return only covers the amount of Product(s) purchased.
- Shipping and payment processing charges are non-refundable.
